My partner and I share a passion for authentic Chinese cuisine and we believe that the traditional taste of rice noodles should be shared with the food lovers of Connecticut. As we discovered this mouthwatering dish, we knew that we had to bring it to the people of our state. That’s why we decided to open a restaurant dedicated to showcasing the true flavors of rice noodles.We take great care in sourcing only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients to ensure that each dish is authentic and packed with flavor. From our classic Chicken noodle soup to our spicy mala rice noodles, we guarantee that every dish will transport your taste buds straight to the streets of China.

It has 50 stores in the whole country and it will be keep growing in the next few years. There successfully was base on the two main ingredients Mi Xian and chicken broth.
